Export Trade Promotion

The course aims to enhance capacities of export sector players in five broad categories namely: Government Export Sector Support Entities; Export Producing Companies; Non-State Support Agencies; Associations, and Cooperatives; International and Local Development Partners

Learning Outcomes:

  • Create export sector player interaction for sustained networking and awareness of the functioning and purpose of state and non-state export sector institutions
  • Create understanding among stakeholders of the nature of feasible collaborations possible among themselves
  • Create understanding among sector producers on how to adjust appropriately to the satisfaction of factors affecting demand and Supply for Uganda Exports
  • Enhance awareness of Possible Action Plan towards Import Substitution and Involvement of Export Sector Players
